Welcome to your proposal!

Below, you’ll find everything you need to make an informed decision for your wedding photography. My goal is to make it either an “easy yes” or a “cheerful no-thank-you” — and you can only do that when you know exactly what you’ll be getting from the entire process.

There’s a bit about me (so you know exactly who you’d be working with), a bit about previous clients (so you see what the whole experience looked like for other people), and a bit about what you can expect from the process — from booking all the way to delivery!

a people-centered process

This entire experience is designed with both you and your guests in mind. On the wedding day, I’ll be an active participant in the joy to help you and your guests relax (which sets the stage for fun candids) and I’ll fade into the background during the softer moments like the first look or private vow readings.

You’ll never be pulled away from a belly-laugh and you’ll never have to guess if your priorities are being photographed. When the time comes, the final gallery delivery will be scheduled around your best availability (not mine), so you can both enjoy an intentional evening and relive the wedding together.

Marriage is a serious decision… but weddings should be deeply, unapolagetically, fun.

About Adrian

People Lover & Visual Artist

After several years working in the world of fine art and museums, I eventually came to believe that the human element is necessary for every piece of good art. It’s not “perfection” that draws us into a painting or photograph - it’s honesty. It’s the real, genuine, human interaction — either seen or felt — which is exactly what I strive for in each collection of wedding images.

I believe that humans should be cherished, and that weddings set the perfect stage for them to shine. The most meaningful art comes from you, your family, and your friends getting to be seen as your best and truest selves.

You could tell she genuinely wanted to capture what was most important to us and what we envisioned. Adrian made us feel so at ease while posing for the camera and definitely was able to get family members comfortable too.

DOCUMENTING YOUR DAY with LOVE, HONESTY, and A TINY BIT OF HUMOR

From the scrunchy-nosed giggling while you’re getting dressed, to the afternoon shadows across marigolds, to a soft-spoken conversation over the last flickering candles of the night.

All of it, equally.

Full Galleries You Might Like

Kyla + Coy in the South Dakota Badlands

While the newness of Venue 1842 made it a bit tricky to see what an outdoor wedding would look like, I think this one might have a similar essence!

It’s a bit more rustic than your venue, but should be a great example of a film-loving couple who had lots of outdoor time for their wedding events!

Irina + Pavan’s Wedding at Machine Shop (Highlights)

Though this was a few years ago, it’s still quite close to my heart! The full gallery can be seen via this link…. but be warned! It is a massive gallery that had a team of 3 photographers, and it may be a bit overwhelming to see that many images of strangers! I’d recommend starting with the highlights and deciding from there if you’d like to see more.

We also photographed a Mehendi and Sangeet for this couple, though both were in very dark venues. Please let me know if you’d like to see that gallery!

Ann Mare + DK at
Gardens of Castle Rock

You may like that this gallery was focused on guest experiences throughout the day, as well as mini couple sessions sprinkled in throughout. Each mini session — post-ceremony, Hanbok portraits, and golden hour — was only about 15-20 minutes. With plenty of outdoor spaces, we’re sure to get similar portraits before/after the Nikkah at Venue 1842.

The primary goal was to document a light, breezy, and fun spring wedding energy, with an emphasis on candid photos of everyone!

Stella + Michael at the History Center

This wedding is a great example of an intercultural wedding that had an entirely outdoor cocktail hour (as well as a second, smaller event on the evening prior). I think you’ll find that the outdoor space at their reception is somewhat similar to the Sangeet venue, 2616 Commerce Event Center!

 FAQs

  • Of course! You are welcome to book at a “starting point” and upgrade or add on throughout the process as your plans evolve. As we get closer, I’ll help you figure out which kinds of coverage suit the day as it starts to take shape.

  • Weddings are typically delivered 6-8 weeks after the event, and the final delivery date will be scheduled by you.

You’ll get an email once there is a confirmed “done-by” date (typically about a week in advance), so you can decide where, when, and how you would like to view the gallery.

I’m also more than happy to facilitate family viewing parties if that’s something you’re interested in.

  • Absolutely! There are a few different ways to allow guests pre-registration to your gallery:

    1. I can work with your stationer or planner on a custom QR code that guests can scan on the wedding day. These are best posted during cocktail hour or on large signage to prevent bottlenecks at the venue.

    2. I can send you a link at any point before the wedding, which can be placed on the wedding website. You can either put this on the home page or on the FAQ page!

    3. I can send you a guest-only link after the wedding is delivered, so it’s fresh in your inbox.

I typically recommend only allowing guests access to images from social hours or receptions, but you can customize the sharing options at any point until the gallery is sent!

  • Yep!

The only constraint that incurs a small fee is a complete NDA.

If you have preferred guidelines (“no kissing photos”, “no getting-ready images”, etc) these will be honored and explained to other vendors without question. As a rule, no identifiable photos of minors will be posted on Instagram or Facebook.

  • Drone imagery is included whenever the venue, location, and weather allow for it (typically 5-10 images to set the tone). This is also dependent on how close the venue is to an airport.

If there’s a videographer who uses drone, I’ll typically reach out to ask them about shared images so we don’t both have cameras in the air.

In short: I’ll use it whenever I am able to, but cannot guarantee anything.

  • Yes!

If your venue needs access to this, please let me know (and, if possible, send me your contact’s email address so I can get in touch.

CUSTOM COLLECTION I

  • Allows for the most relaxed timeline, ending after the last dance of the night. Perfect for building in extra time to move thoughtfully/slowly through the day, highly curated/artistic detail photos, and flexible end times so you don’t need to worry about running late or running out of coverage at any events. Can also be used for extra portrait time before/after any events.

    Example

    Day 1: 2 hours
Day 2: 10 hours (getting ready, portraits, lots of group photos, coverage all the way until the end of the night)
Day 3: 8 hours (6 in daytime, 2 at night)

  • To help with Sari adjustments during photos, to cover both parties simultaneously getting ready / relaxing for the day, to facilitate the first look and coordinate group photos, and to add plenty of guest candids throughout the evening

    Not recommended for Mehndi
Highly recommended for full Haldi/Sangeet and Nikkah days.

  • Every image is thoroughly looked over and manually inspected to ensure they all look their best.

  • While I still recommend downloading and backing up your wedding photos, for extra security, your online gallery will remain live and free for the foreseeable future.

  • So that your printed photos always look their best, whether or not you print through the online gallery.

  • Some photo labs may ask you for a print release before allowing any orders. Included in your final gallery is the signed release form so that you can print anywhere you like.

  • We will work together on the type of film photos that would best suit your vision for the wedding gallery (from classic black and white portraits to fun and nostalgic disposable camera vibes, and everything inbetween)

  • So you can begin reliving your day (and sharing photos with friends) as soon as possible

CUSTOM COLLECTION III

Based on our call, this is the minimum amount of coverage that would still meet your hopes and expectations for the wedding weekend coverage

  • Minimal getting ready photos on the Nikkah day, Sangeet coverage likely finishing before the end of the evening.

Though this focuses on a more condensed timeline, it covers all of the most significant moments of the day,

  • Likely around 7 hours on Sangeet day (to get candids during group photos) and 5 hours on the ceremony day (getting ready and ceremony)

  • Every image is thoroughly looked over and manually inspected to ensure they all look their best.

  • While I still recommend downloading and backing up your wedding photos, for extra security, your online gallery will remain live and free for the foreseeable future.

  • So you have plenty of time to come down from the events and relax a bit before starting to relive the day

THE NEXT STEP

Choose your own adventure!

Option A:

This would be a walk-through of any proposal or process questions, a chance to make sure we’re all on the same page, and/or a way to double check the vibes before signing a contract.

Option B:

Book your date!
You
don’t need to have all the answers right now — just the retainer, contract, and a rough idea of which collection you’d like to begin with. This would simply cross “find a photographer” off of your to-do list!

We’ll do the rest together.

Option C - Both!

Feel free to let me know which collection you’d like to start with, and book a call so we can discuss the rest of the planning flow from here!
