welcome to your proposal page!

My goal here is to make this decision as easy as possible for you — whether you’d like to move forward together or continue searching elsewhere!

There’s a bit about me (so you can learn more about who you’d be working with), a bit from previous clients (so you see what other people thought), and a bit about what you can expect from the process as a whole — from booking to delivery and beyond!

what makes adrian different

My approach can best be described as “playful, thoughtful, and nostalgic.” I aim for honesty, above all else.

When in doubt, my biggest goal is to show the overall character of the day using whatever imagery is needed. That includes in-the-moment action shots, film photos with grainy nostalgia, and lots of genuine scrunchy-nose giggling.

marriage is a serious decision… but weddings should be deeply, unapologetically, fun.

the process

  • Once you decide to move forward, I'll send a contract and invoice to you. The only things needed to book are your signatures and the retainer - that's it!

This gives you the flexibility to adjust as your wedding evolves.

  • Once we're a few months from the wedding day, I'll reach out to start coordinating with you regarding your photo wishlist, any mood board/design visions/daydreams you have, and any formal family photos you'd like.

The goal is to be crystal clear on which things you place the most value on, so your gallery can accurately reflect that.

Note: If Bella Mystique is doing full-service planning, we will work together separately to ensure the design goals and priorities are documented. No extra emails or homework is required from you!

  • You can expect everything to be thoroughly organized beforehand in order to keep everything relaxed and easy on the wedding day.

It should feel like we're all breezing through the day without interrupting the good vibes for logistical conversations. The goal is for you to focus on your guests and each other.

I have a very relaxed, down-to-earth, and cheery approach, and will often talk to and joke around with you and your guests throughout the day.

Building a good rapport is what gets you those fun and cheeky candids!

  • You'll get a gallery of sneak peeks within a week of the wedding, in both high-resolution and web-size resolution (so you can immediately share or print your favorites)!

About 6-8 weeks after the wedding, as the gallery is being fine-tuned, you'll get an email with your "done-by" date and a request for you to schedule a date night!

Going through your wedding photos for the first time should be a fun and intentional activity, so the final delivery date is planned around your schedule (not mine).

Though I always recommend downloading all of your images, the online gallery will remain live and accessible for the foreseeable future.

  • If you would like a fine art album or coffee table inspiration book from the wedding, we’ll start discussing the details about a week after the wedding gallery is delivered.

This helps to prevent overwhelm and makes it easier to highlight some of your favorite memories from the wedding day!

“Adrian did our wedding photos and we are so happy she captured these moments we will be looking back on forever! Perfect blend of artsy/unique photos and amazing traditional portraits. She's the best!”

highlight galleries

I’m always happy to share other full wedding galleries with more similar venue lighting, overall vision, and guest-count — but hopefully these are at least a good start!

Angela + Chris

The details: roughly 9 hours of coverage, two photographers, and a couple with an immense love for film. These two wanted a classic, formal wedding gallery that still felt incredibly fun and relaxed!

Jessica + Logan

This one was a significantly more relaxed wedding day, but with the addition of an informal welcome dinner for guests! They really wanted to emphasize the ‘romance around nature’ atmosphere, and opted for quite a bit of buffer time between events in order to help with that.

“Our family and guests raved about her, saying how easygoing and fun she made taking pictures and how they didn't feel like they need to be overly posed and rigid. Adrian also takes AMAZING candids!”

small notes

  • Your wedding is booked with just your signatures and the $1500 non-refundable reservation retainer.

  • The second payment, $2000, is due on or before February 1st 2026, and covers all pre-wedding planning as well as any necessary travel bookings.

  • The rest of the invoice total is due at least two weeks prior to the event, on or before September 13th 2026.

Rae + Camille’s Custom Collection

$9400

  • Estimated at 8 hours, maximum of 10

This is to ensure that all of your biggest values will be documented, no matter what.

No rushing the timeline, and no worrying about potentially missing key moments because of coverage limits!

  • The assurance of a backup photographer from the area, candid photos of other guests during any portrait time, and a wider variety of ceremony angles.

  • We’ll start the process about a week after the wedding in order to prevent any extra-pre-wedding stress.

Most albums are based on design, art, and other visual things you find inspiring (including the overall atmosphere of the wedding day and elements from your invitations)!

This credit can be exchanged for any print product of equal value, or put toward a larger album size.

  • Each and every image is individually inspected and manually edited to match the overall story and vision of the wedding day.

  • Though I do recommend downloading your gallery (just in case), all of your final images will be stored online in a cloud-based system for the foreseeable future.

You'll be able to download web-size photos for social media, high-resolution files for printing, or even share the gallery directly with family members or social media.

  • So you have the option to download and print at the highest possible quality.

  • Though you may never need to use this, some professional printing labs will request a print release to ensure you're allowed to print photos on your own (outside of the gallery).

Consider it additional proof that you and your family are more than welcome to print using whichever lab you like (whether it's through the gallery or not).

  • I often include 35mm film as an additional way to add nostalgia (and fun) to the gallery.

This will be delivered in its own section of the online gallery, and can act as a fun and relaxed highlight reel of the day.

Includes any necessary travel

  • Extra hours of coverage

  • A photographer just for formal, staged, guest portraits (guests will be able to pre-register to this section of the gallery)

  • Engagement session coverage, in your home city or another meaningful destination

  • Custom albums just for parents, fine art prints, or other gifts
